Due to the intimate nature of our products, items that have been opened or used cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

Ensure your item is unopened, in its original packaging with all seals intact, and was purchased within the last 30 days.
Contact Support
Email our customer care team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Return
Securely pack your items and clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the box to ensure efficient processing at our warehouse.
Ship and Track
Send your package using a trackable shipping service; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
